Dear STICKII Fam,
This is not our year. As many of you know, our April packs had been massively delayed. We got great news when they were finally delivered and as a bonus, our May packs arrived with them. Even with the holiday weekend, we cut our holiday time short and hired extra people to pack with us so we could get April packs out. We wanted to make sure everything was back on schedule and we got overambitious. 😅 We decided, hey since we have May packs and have the help, let's get that all prepped now so there is nothing that can go wrong for May!
Well. It all went wrong.💀 The people that we hired were sweet and fast but unfortunately the person in charge of putting the correct color envelope on each pack sealed every single envelope.😬 A bit of behind the scenes, we learned early on never seal the envelope until right before you ship. Why? For the exact reason we're sending you this soul killing email.🥲 The packs were separated into two large bins, April and May. And we printed the addresses on everything in April, sent them off and celebrated. Only to discover that the bins were mislabeled.😱 We had shipped out May packs that have not even been fully revealed in spoilers to our April domestic subscribers.
After a lot of screaming, crying, and throwing up in the worst way 😭🤢 there isn't much left to do but to email and say:We are so, so sorry. 💔
So the good news? April packs WILL be on the way after we triple check and get all the addresses reprinted and relabeled! More good news? Know how a lot of you feel impatient and wish the pack would just arrive after spoilers? Well... ta-da...? 😭 So what does this mean for you? All you have to do is the same thing you would do in a normal month. If you were planning to switch your subscription style for May after seeing the spoilers tomorrow, PLEASE make sure you still do it in the portal. Basically:
Don’t worry—we’re committed to getting you the pack(s) you actually want. Your correct May pack will be mailed out again on May 11th if you swapped your pack style. And if nothing’s changed for you, then enjoy the pack early as if by magic and not catastrophe!
This year is only a quarter in and we've been hit with so many crazy things and you guys have stayed by our side through it all. For that, we can't begin to thank you. Some stuff like fires and tariffs are out of our hands and others are down to ridiculous human error. But we hope we'll still get your love and understanding as you guys have shown us countless times before. 💞
